A cosy one bedroom apartment located in the Pasing area and is perfect for two guests but can sleep up to four.

Ideally located close to the Hauptbahnhof main train station and also the subway station which provide easy access to all areas of the city.

Pasing station is is just 300 meters away from our building which connects directly with Munich Airport in around 40 minutes.

This apartment is stylishly furnished with fully equipped with kitchen, flat-screen TV, wireless Internet access.

This apartment has separate bedroom with queen sized bed and living room with double sized sofa bed. It also has a large sunny terrace and sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.

Within 200meter of the apartment you can find a number of shops, cafes, restaurants as well as supermarkets. Pasing has all you would need for a short or long stay.

This apartment is an ideal base for short or long stays.

Neighbourhood/Location

Our building was constructed in 2009 and situated directly overlooking the River Wuerm and has direct access to Pasing city park.

How to get to us.
From Munich Internation Airport
Metro line 8 runs directly from Airport to Pasing. Get off at Pasing station. Journey time is around 40 minutes.

Walk along Gleichmannstrasse for about 150 meter and turn right. You should now be on Bodenseestrasse. On the left hand side of the road , just one minute walking, you find the entrace to our building. There is also another entrance on Institutstrasse which is actually the main entrance.

From Munich Central Station
Take any metro line going to Pasing Station. Get off after 5 stops. Follow the direction above described.

By taxi or self-driving, use the address „Institutstrasse 10“.

Bedroom with Queen Sized Bed.

The bathroom comes with shower, wash basin and Wc.

There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

Rates will be automatically calculated and includes all tax and charges

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?

Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter\owner upon arrival at the aiport of train station, You can arrage a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Check in time is from 15:00 and Check out is before 11:00

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
